1. Use in your evening routine — retinol degrades under UV exposure and should not be applied before daytime sun exposure.
2. Cleanse and fully dry your face before applying.
3. For the Serum or Cream-Serum: apply a pea-sized amount outward from the centre of the face and allow to absorb before adding moisturiser.
4. For the Eye Cream: apply with the ring finger using gentle tapping motions around the orbital bone — do not rub.
5. Apply SPF every morning while using retinol products.

Start at 2–3 times per week and increase to nightly use as your skin builds tolerance. Do not combine with other actives (AHAs, BHAs) on the same evening until tolerance is established.
